Did you know that an estimated 20 tons of earth needs to be moved to mine enough gold to make an average-sized woman's wedding band? That is why Cheeky Monkey Jewelry uses the gold and silver that comes from reclaimed materials. The precious metal is then separated from the accompanying alloys and is refined so that it is properties are identical to newly mined material. The only difference being it’s not at the expense of our planet.

In addition, the precious gems used by CHEEKY MONKEY JEWELRY are restricted to fair-trade or recycled. Translation? The stones are pre-screened to ensure that they meet our tough standards and that the communities that mine them are offer an equitable return for their hard labors.

All Cheeky Monkey Jewelry is made here in the USA . We use a local workforce where possible. Our fair-trade stones are purchased with assurances from a reputable Fair-trade dealer. If we cannot find enough fair-trade material we use like-new stones from recycled sources. All our chains are fairly traded and made in Italy.

What shipping options are available?

A shipping fee is charged based on the shipping method you select from the checkout process. When your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking details.

Repairs

Cheeky Monkey stands behind the quality and handmade craftsmanship of all our jewelry. If your jewelry is in need of repair within 3 months based on normal usage, please contact us to obtain a Repair Authorization Number and send us the item with your receipt. Charges may apply and you will be notified at the time the jewelry is assessed and prior to beginning repair. For your protection, please send all returns via an insured and trackable service.

Returns

Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction. You can exchange or return any unworn and unaltered piece within 14 days of the original shipping date. Shipping and handling on returned merchandise is non-refundable. In order to make a return, please contact us to obtain a Return Authorization Number (no exchange or refund will be obtained without a Return Authorization Number). All returns must include a return address, phone number, copy of your receipt, and a letter stating the reason for the return. For your protection, please insure the item for its full value and ship the item in a way that you can verify receipt.
